Hi,
  I am confused.
Can someone tell me the diferences btween these two OS?
  Is this the same product?

I even found two different websites:
  EXTERNAL LINK  EXTERNAL LINK
What that ApolloOS or CoffinOS does better with V1200 thatn for example 3.1.4 or 3.9 ?

CoffinOS is essentially AmigaOS 3.9 with a bunch of vampire stuff and software added.

ApolloOS is based off the Opensource 68k AROS with a bit of 68080 optimizations and such. From what I understand it's a bit more of a hog than Coffin/AmigaOS, but with more and more optimizations it's gained a bit more performance.

as far as I can see both offer Coffinos (second even selling it)

Coffinos is based on 3.9 and in this form illegal

ApolloOS is based on Aros and free available.

The difference (of ApolloOS) to plain 3.1.4 or 3.9 is that it is a preconfigured environment. For example Aros includes AHI, Network stack, RTG and you can access SDCard. Included are needed drivers that you would need to install manual if using plain 3.1 or 3.9 (and then you would also need 3rd party components like P96 and Network stack).
