What is this: "* Configure network interface in Shapi (need to be SANA-II driver)" Where to get it?

The Mac OS 8.1 Internet Connection Assistent crashes the complete A600, mostly at page 3. It makes no difference if a connection on the Amiga side has been established beforehand or not. I don't think this is gonna work with a wireless NIC.

Prism2.device (in devs:networks) is the SANA-II driver which needs to be put into Shapeshifter's network configuration. The prism2.device, unit 0 entry will suffice on Amiga side.
See link below for Ethernet configuration in MacOS. All you need to do is opening TCP/IP control panel, configure it for Ethernet and DHCP and you are good to go. EXTERNAL LINK Please be aware of one pitfall: You can't use DHCP on Amiga and Mac at the same time. One of the two instances must either have networking turned off or configured to static addressing.

Thanks Henryk. That worked. So the correct sequence is: 1. Start Amiga wireless network normally (with static IP); 2. Start Shapeshifter and set prism2.device in Shapeshifter Network config; 3. On the Mac, set TCP/IP Control panel to a different static IP address for the Mac.
