I suspect a problem with the hard drive that filesystem you're using?

You can access the system by holding down the two mouse buttons, once you are on "Amiga Early Startup" start the system choose "Boot With no Startup- sequence" and type:

Assign ENV: RAM:
Loadwb
Endcli

You only have DH2: as backup.

You could restore just the DH0: from WinUAE on PC and transfer it.
I believe there is no "auto-restore" and AmigaOS is prone to heavy crashes if power off on any file operation.

I remember long validiations for FFS. How does PFS handle. PFS Doctors?

Backup and Restore is more like transfer Private files, from Coffin readme

Backup & Restore tool
=====================

coffin has a Backup&Restore tool that will backup all your personnal settings and all files included in "DH1:My Files". This tool is useful when upgrading to a new coffin version without losing all your settings.

As recommended by Vojin Vidanovic, use WinUAE, change Filesystem and then copy the operating system and all data from partition "DH0".

It is best to use PFS or SFS (the more robust, it hardly ever becomes invalid)

I do have access to DH0 DH1 and DH2, i just thought they was an option to restore the system DH0. will check the CF Card then just copy Coffin os back to the 32gb CF Card. Thank you for your help.
Kind Regards

hard lesson learned: Avoid beta/unstable software :(

Try FFS repair utils first, if its FFS partition.

It can be simple as ... long wait for disk to validate (self recover)
  EXTERNAL LINK
To eliminate further appearance WAIT for all HDD activity to stop before AmigaOS reset/reboot or use tool like this
  EXTERNAL LINK
If its NOT validiation thing, try DiskSalv
  EXTERNAL LINK
If that fails, yes, you always have "re-imagining"

  P.S.
Windows Real Recovery does not really work well :)

i have different opinion about it (in the long run). id use pfs3, however i might not have enough experience with it to absolutely guarantee its stability.

SFS is very rare that you invalidate the disk to me in 20 years has happened only once on both Disks and HardFile.

I've used PFS2 and PFS3 for many years and it happened to me several times that you invalidate the disk, even though PFS has a tool that allows you to cure it automatically.

Another thing I don't like about PFS is that if you interrupt a file copy or don't pay attention to the saving time the files are partially copied and then corrupted.
