Vojin's flashing directions worked wonders for me! Thank you! I'll document my particular experience here in case it helps someone else. I have a Firebird v4 installed in my Amiga 2000 that I had bricked. I was running ApolloOS 9.2. During an update using the ApolloOS's flashing tool `ApolloFlash`, it crashed in the middle of updating and the Firebird refused to even boot after that. I used Fedora 36 with Quartus 13.0 Web Edition (Quartus-web-13.0.1.232-linux.tar). (I can provide a list of all the rpm packages I had to install to get Quartus to install and work if anyone's interested.) I ordered a cheap Altera USB Blaster off Amazon (Model NOUSBB6338). It initially didn't appear to work because the OS and/or hardware I was running apparently didn't see it in any USB ports in my laptop (via `lsusb`). I plugged the Blaster into my desktop (same Fedora OS and version) and it was immediately recognized there just fine. So back on my laptop, I tried it plugged into a USB-C dongle that had USB ports. It showed up there! Quartus was able to see it there too. (What could cause the Blaster not to be seen in the built-in USB ports, but worked just fine in the dongle? :/) I gave Quartus' Programmer the "FIREBIRD_8900_R9.jic" file. I went through Vojin's steps blended with the Apollo video for flashing Firebirds ("ApolloCore Update Quick VideoGuide"). Flashing appeared to take quite a bit longer than in Apollo's video (maybe a minute or two), but on my first attempt programming, I did eventually get the "100% (Successful)" message! I power-cycled my Amiga and it was back up booting ApolloOS!
