| Thanks for the stream mate :) Impressive speeds. I dare only X11 my V600 v2 as its from Kipper, and there are some of those batches with weak cap quality.

| Micheal, the SYSINFO program you ran seems wrong/bad. The normal SYSINFO should report around ~ 40 MFlops

| Really ? I’ll try a different version of sysinfo but it’s not accurate anyway.

| Mine too. EXTERNAL LINK But, The SD Card does not work in this version. EXTERNAL LINK works well in the normal core, X11 Version.

| my SD card is ... I would say fine on the x12 core, but sometimes doesn't mount all the partitions. a reboot, and remount and everything's seemingly fine. have flashed back to the x11 core as doing a massive copy off of SD card to IDE SSD

| Flashed 2.7 exe version and worked perfectly. The output of sysinfo says MIPS 104.02 and MFlops 6.51 99656 dhrystones

Use another SYSINFO! Your Sysinfo is buggy.

| Hi Gunnar, Sorry for seeming a bit dumb on this one but am I reading this right. I have a X11 core in the a500 V2 +. If I flash it with the jic file will it vbecome a X12 core? It does not sound right to me but just checking in case I am wrong. I am about to upgrade to the 2.7 core. Cheers, from OZ

| I believe the new ApolloOS is out very soon...hang on :-) The X11 core and X12 cores are i believe optimised for speed, the X12 is the core that the apollo guys have been running and testing for a while. Its a nice speed increase.

Best I could get on my Kipper V600 was X10, but it's stable. I'll try the X12 on my V500 when I get home from vacation, I'm sure it'll run fine.

| My V600v2 is also from Kipper and it runs stable with X12, after power upgrade.

| My Majsta-built V600 was somewhat unstable with the x11 core and extremely unstable with the x12 core. After adding 2x10uF to both C3 and C6, it now seems quite stable with the x12 core. I have only been testing it for about 20 minutes so far, but no crashes yet so it is a major leap from being unable to even boot properly. :-) I hope they will continue to provide x12 cores for future versions.
