Vampire 1200V2 Black/white Picture Only

I've recently bought used VampireII card.
The DIGITAL-VIDEO output is only black/white including logo and also Workbench screen.
I tried different DIGITAL-VIDEO cable but it's the same.
Is there a setting that I'm missing or the card/DIGITAL-VIDEO port is broken?
Please help.

To summerize the above link. Your card isn't licensed because the fee to pay for the 080 development costs wasn't paid. To get it licensed you can pay the fee from here:

Once you register i minor core update will be made that you can upgrade to and you'll get colour video output.
