What is the Gold core on Apollo V4? How can I see, which Version is in my Apollo?

Ans how can I flah it if I nees a newer version?

"Gold" Cores are the official Cores for Vampire V2 cards.

V4 cards don't show complete core version. But the Release Version is shown in EBM.
