| I think its not possible, because you have to remove the cpu and the kickstart rom (as the instruction manual says), even when you use a cpu adapter like this one. EXTERNAL LINK
If it would be possible to switch off your Vampire there is still no cpu in your 68000 socket and no kickstart rom.
