Harddrive Does Not Work, Floppy Drive Doesn't Boot

Got a Vampire V2 for my 1200.
It seems to work ok, I see the Vampire logo on my monitor.
But if I put it a floppy to boot a game, nothing happens.

Also, if I plug in my harddrive (OS 3.1 https://classicwb.abime.net/classicweb/full.htm), some weird red color patters are shown at the bottom of the screen, both on normal mainboard IDE and the Vampire IDE.

  - Harddrive works fine on normal IDE port with a Blizzard, also tested on Winuae.

  Please check these videos:

  No harddrive on IDE:
  EXTERNAL LINK
Inserting a floppy disk (any random game) would not do anything.

  Harddrive connected:
  EXTERNAL LINK
Seems faulty. Cable, adapter and CF card are fine, though!

  Any advice?

You have 2 Video outs.
a) the RGB out of the Amiga mainboard
b) the DIGITAL-VIDEO connector of the Vampire

Your floppy games will output a PAL screen on the Amiga Mainboard RGB Out.

Your Classic WB will do also output a PAL screen on your Amiga RGB out.

You connected the monitor on the DIGITAL-VIDEO, but what do you see on the AMIGA RGB/SCART?

  RGB/scart works fine.

  But:
How can I get my CF harddrive to be output on the DIGITAL-VIDEO?
See second video link, I connected it to the Vampire IDE slot... it seems faulty.

You can only display RTG screen modes through the DIGITAL-VIDEO port. Workbench PAL and NTSC screenmodes will always go through the Amiga RGB port as well as classic Amiga games. To have access to RTG resolutions you must first install Picasso96 found here:

Then download and install the latest SAGA  Driver version 2.7 from here:

If you haven't already done so you will need to update the V1200 core  to GOLD 2.13 for the V1200's own IDE port to work. It does not work with GOLD 2.12 or older. Core updates are found here:
