I fully understand your impatience
I think you know that the team works very hard to revive the Amiga and the extent the livetime of your old beloved Amigas too.
For this the team has developed 4 Accelerator cards in the last 12 month.
A) FIREBIRD
B) ICEDRAKE
C) SALAMANDER
D) MANTICORE
We are bringing the new SALAMANDER and MANTICORE to A37 Amiga event now.
A37 is the world biggest and most important Amiga event.
As you will know, the global chip market is very chaotic right now.
Some chips and components have many month to years waiting time to get. As you imagine this problems do also make us some issues and also the Kraken is affected and delayed by this. I wish I could give you precise date and reliable release date for Kraken but I can't do this today.

I understand perfectly, could you at least tell me if the E) card in your list will be the Kraken for A4000 and A3000, or if It will be for CD32 or for others?

| Got sick of waiting, so bought my a3000 a shiny new Bfg9060 with a rev6 68060@100mhz, and a zz9000 graphics/network card.
Not as fast as what I hope a Kraken v4 will unleash, and well pricier; but it is as good as it gets right now for a3000/4000, and is available…
Will keep an eye on the 2023-24 announcements from the Apollo team, as I remain a big vampire fan, but at least my big box ´miga flies again!

Is the Krakken still planned, do you know? It seems IceDrake/Firebird/Manticore came out relatively quickly, but Krakken is not. Maybe it has been canceled?

Same here I was waiting for the kraken and ended up getting zz9000+ and BFG 68060 rev6 for my amiga 4000t, I will defiantly buy the kraken if it got released

hello Gunnar, this a great news, do you think that you will also be able to try these cards on your A3/4000 computers?, as well as see them
Will there be some differences compared to the other boards for the other amiga models, due to the number of usb ports, ram, connectors or other?

| This could be one of the most important upgrades since VToaster, I would rather they take their time and get
it right... on "keyboard case" Amigas Vamp replaces the chipset, could you imagine if Vamp was able to replace the buster chip.....
the accelerator market is getting competitive, Vamp needs every advantage possible... Vamp strength seems to be bandwidth and chip replacement...
