Overscan/Underscan

Hi - IIRC there used to be a overscan tool in WB so that you could adjust your screen to the monitor. When I plugin my V4SA it comes up at 720p but it is larger than the actual screen.  Is there such a utility in Apollo OS (hope I got the name right) to achieve the same thing?

  As far as i know, there isnt such a tool under ApolloOs. But i also think this wouldnt make any changes on a rtg screen.
  One of my screens had the same, i have put the screen in 'just scan' instead of a fixect aspect ratio.
