Actually the Amiga Blitter does not has an instruction set.
The Amiga Blitter has a register frontend, where you can send the Blitter a job todo. And you specify the job with size, and what type of copy but you can not create a program for it.

The Texture unit is in some way similar to the Blitter.
Its also a support unit - during work on parallel.
And actually its doing a lot complicated work in parallel.
