| The title says it all.. It would be so cool to be able to use classic serial devices on the V4. TVPaint with a tablet, video grabbers, audio samplers...

| The V4 dosnt have a USB stack so this would not be possible however it may be possible to use one of the 3 expansion headers on the V4 mainboard to add maybe usb or serial? somebody with more knowledge than me would have to explain that.

| Yes I'd imagine it would have to be written into the core. But if the original chipset is faithfully re-created I would imagine it would be doable to get the signals in / out through an expansion header, and then pin converted to an actual serial cable of some kind. Please do this Apollo!

| As far as I am aware the core already has access to those ports as it - it just needs a suitable coder to write the required driver for whatever gets attached to the ports.
