Is this power supply sufficient for my A1200 and the V1200?

If I can recommend you a PSU, check : EXTERNAL LINK
Ask him, even if you are in Europe (like me).

Bought a PSU for C64 and another for Amiga 600 (with a lot of thing inside - Furia, USB ...- ), perfect products.

From USA to France was fast and Ray looks like a very nice guy :-)

PS: He solds hand made produtcs, see the picture

Thanks for the link. Had a look and they do indeed look and sound great.
The thing is that I already own the power supply linked in my message and since I am close to be getting my V1200, I wonder whether it is sufficient or not.

Your PSU is OK (I believe it's a Lotharek's one with Mean Well module)

Ok that is great. I bought it from a different shop but yes it is a Lotharek's one.

Thanks again

Because the V1200 consumes less power than a "standard" 030 processor card, every power supply should work.
Of course, if it does not have defective capacitors.

Yes, especially when the vampire card itself only consumes 2-3 watt. so any basic power supply should be sufficient
