How to Remove Rests of a Smashed Worm Or Virus

Hi, this virus, an unknown Virus so far tortured me the whole week long. It was like an electronic KI, when i wanted to load Kickstart 1.3 then the virus recognized it and made an Computer-Reset, and there was air to breathe again for the Joker 2020, there was again Kick 3.1.
There are no tools to kill it. So i took my Altera USB-Blaster and flashed the latest Firmware Gold 2.12 - this was not the death of this Virus, it was only partially smashed, and the Rest of it is in the machine and prohibits booting into Amiga OS3.9.
It prohibits each disk to boot.
How do i get my machine back to a life without the Virus ?

Best Regards, Reini

I understood you that you have a virus on your HD/ on your floppy/gotek?
I don't think that the CPU/CORE release has any influence on this?
When your HD is infected with a virus, I assume reflashing the CPU has no effect on this.

  LG, Reini

PS, die grüne Powerleuchte leuchtet

It sounds like you are loading a 1.3 kickstart and that's what is causing the problem. Is the kickstart corrupted?

How did you identify that you had a virus? If its only restarting itself when you use Kick 1.3 then its probably not a virus. Sounds more like a software failure.

I just used google translate on your other posts, no it doesnt have AI, its probably not a virus, try doing the same thing with a different hard drive. IE one that doesnt have the 'virus' and see if using kick 1.3 causes the same issue.

I have to admit that I not 100% understand the situation on your Amiga.
If your CF is really Virus infected and you can not clean it, then maybe just copy a fresh COFFIN over it - is the best solution?

Maybe you can chat me us on discord, maybe we can then faster/better discuss ideas to help you.
