Subject says it all, does Vampire V4 inc a USB Blaster?

On product ordering page there's no mention of inclusion of a USB blaster. But when you will be contacted for payement you'll be asked if you want other add-on hardware (depends on disponibility) as usb blaster, USB mice and keyboards..

It works on the entire Cyclone series of FPGAs, including the Cyclone V on the V4. There is nothing Vampire specific with the USB-Blaster, it works on a wide range of Altera FPGAs.

Neuss setup did, current setup doesn't mention that, so one needs to get one.
