Vampire V4 3.1 Core (build 7383) SDboot and AROS

Hi,
 
  I see that the latest Vampire V4 core is 3.1 (build 7383). It has two versions SDboot and AROS , what is the difference? Does SDBoot allow booting off the SD? If so how?
