| Hi - I was curious if the Vampire 500 (V2/+?) is working correctly with NTSC Rev 5 Amiga 500's? There is another (still produced) accelerator that never worked with this revision of Amiga 500, and it's unfortunately the revision I own. (I also really hope someone produces a new product that takes the A500 to 2MB of chipram so it can experience the full range of software like A600 can with Vampire..) Thanks!

| Hi, The V500 will work in all revisions of the a500 be it NTSC or PAL

| When is the release date ?
I haven't seen any ordering info yet and Christmas is 5 1/2 weeks away.I remember seeing a video of a A500 card in a A1000. Is that right ? Will the A500 card also work in the A2000 ?

V500 will work in A500, A500+, A1000 and A2000 as far as I know.

Since the board was revised less than two weeks ago, I do not think that the V500 V2+ will be available for ordering this year. Note that Majsta is auctioning one at a time on eBay.

From EXTERNAL LINK it looks like the Vampire 500 is plugged into a board in the A2000 CPU slot.
