Good Morning

I would like to ask someone on the Apollo team if there are any news on the V1200 delivery times. I ordered mine on Apollo site on the 22nd January.

Stay healthy!!

The process is, as it was described in your order confirmation email.  When your card is assigned to you, you will get an email asking to make payment.  But we can't tell you if if is in 1 day, 1 week, 1 month.......this time isn't known.  Sadly, you can only be patient.  Igor, who makes the cards, does much of the work and testing by hand and is one reason the quality is so high.  I wish I could give you a more satisfying answer.  But perhaps there is some satisfaction in knowing, the wait is worth it.

You should email and ask for the tracking information, that will say where the package is now ..

Why is it blocked? Any other electronic order from other retailers is coming regularly . Can someone from Apollo tells us what is happening?

We are going to pay minimum 450 euros for this piece of hardware. Aren't we suppose to know where we stand and what is happening? I don't want to know the exact time or date but every now and then an announcement from Apollo updating us on the delivery times etc would be a good start. During this Covid-19 crisis everything else i have ordered online from anywhere Europe and USA arrived at home with no problems. Maybe it took sometimes a bit longer 4-5 days but it came. With the Vampire we don't know anything so far.

Postal service is blocked in Bosnia, read the Igor message here:
CLICK HERE
So any delivery is possible from Bosnia at the moment.

Nikos hi.

Judging from your name we are both Greeks. I ordered mine around late-January and just got it on April 6th. The delay was due to a local strike, as the card was in Greece by late February according to the tracking i was provided. If you have tracking and you see τhe card in Greece, just call ELTA to short it out. That’s what i did.

  Hope this helps.

Hi Antonis. Nice to find another Greek in here. The issue is that I haven’t even gotten an email to pay yet so there is no vampire allocated for me yet and that is why I am annoyed. I know from other people (including you now that I saw your message) that order later or same period as me and got their cards already and I haven’t even been allocated one even!!!! On top of that there is no information from anybody and covid 19 excuses everything and is a perfect excuse for all sorts of problems. Any other order of course from any other eshop in Europe comes through just fine of course. Only here there is a problem.

How is the card!! All good so far?

Antonis,
Do you really order in January your a1200? Or you expressed interest for it in January? I expressed my interest the 26th December and haven't yet received any mail...

Nikos the card is still boxed. Waiting for the wd. :)
It’s odd you haven’t got an email yet, cause i tried from two email addresses and I was allocated in both. So, try again or look in the junk folder.

Andrea, yes, I ordered in January, payment went through on the 28th and shipped a week later.

I expressed interest in Dec and still haven't received an email, so that sounds odd indeed if true.

Igor was pretty clear on the situation here:

CLICK HERE
Igor also communicated previously that things were becoming difficult here:

CLICK HERE
Igor says he hadn't finished orders for 2019.  Corona virus isn't an "excuse" it is a global reality.  I am sorry that you have waited so long but so have a lot of other people.  The V1200 has been exceptionally popular and Igor works like crazy fulfilling these orders.  Just hang in there.  Your card will get to you.

And just so you know, we all had to wait.  I also had to several months like everyone else.  And I am on the team!  Igor is very fair.  Those who order first, get served first.  Not even team members can cut the queue!
