Slowdown On PFS3AIO, V6002 Gets Very Hot

Yesterday, when copying data from the internal microSD card to the SD in the adapter, a strange problem occurred to me. The Amiga crashed while copying, so I've rebooted it. The system slowed down terribly, some programs stopped running (for example, Directory Opus), and loading such small programs as, for example, Hippo Player takes almost a minute.
What can this be caused by? Is this a problem with my file system (PFS3aio)? I don't know if PFS3AIO had the validation issue like the FFS.
I also noticed that Vampire got very hot after a few hours (2-3) of work (only copying data). Is it normal?

System boots normally, no data lost (i think). The card is 32GB attached by SD2IDE adapter.

According of thermal camera images, Amiga 600 chipset runs much hotter under Vampire board than Vampire itself.

Slowdown may occur if some of your task is crashed in background and it takes 100% CPU-usage.

PFS3 is know to be reasonably good for keeping files unfragmented and recovering from the unexpected crash or power off.

Well i will see after work what's wrong. Maybe SnoopDOS will show something.

mine gets warm enough that I can feel the keys are warm after about an hour and a half so sounds normal... have had it on for a bout 2 hours without any problems.

what about switching to x10 core ( safe core), it solved the crashing problem for me

Good idea would be also first test system with the some preinstalled OS, like Coffin.

I'm using Coffin, but i've divided second partition by my own way.
Well, problem is solved - it was a bug in Directory Opus (one of the libraries and the dopus.config file). Some process took 100% CPU time. When I overwritten both files using a copy of the system files, everything returned to normal. Let it work as long as possible :) Thanks for help, Simo!
