Hello remote debugging is not easy.

The connection between the A600 and the V600 is be design a little problem.
I would first verify that this connection is very good.

Is this is not your Amiga?
Or do you try to help someone?

I had a similar issue with one kipper vampire cards, it will only work with core 2.5 and will not work with 2.7+

I did the capacitor mod on both sides and now it works flawlessly

I would try it first with core 2.0 or 2.5 and see if you can get the vampire logo on boot screen

I'm not professional on solving these issues, but this thing came to my mind

From where you did get this Vampire board?

Did it work before for you (never ever)?

this card is not mine, according to the customer he bought it as functional, but it could never work, solder on the card was not good, and the fpga was not good feed and level adapters either! , the question is for the moment, how to flash the very first core with the usb blaster! , how to convert the file contained in the lha, or how to find the file *.jic of the very first firmware? , thank you :)

Could you please provide a good quality close-up JPG of the board?

Image is not high resolution enough to say sure, but it looks like there is shorts all over the place. Sorry to say, but I think there is no way that board will work as is, no matter which core version is flashed.

There may still be hope to get it run again, if you let someone professional remove mods and clean up all shorts away.

I'm not sure if they are reflections, but I can spot many shorts from the JPG.

I think you fall for an scam and the card was doa

there is not much that can be done since the history of the card is unknown

I bought my first vampire card from ebay and it was not working at all, until people from this forum helped doing the capacitor mod, and managed to get it working

Id never buy a used vampired card unless i know who iam getting it from

I think you should just wait for the next batch or maybe go for A1200 that will soon be released (hopefully!)

You should only buy your Vampire from retail store, like here for example. Don't go buying Vampire from eBay and many times the prices in eBay doubles if not triples the price of the retail store and you may end up getting a dull or defective Vampire or a fake one where you cannot register it and thus end up with a black and white color forever. All of this...is not worth it. In addition to all that mess you do not support this team in added salt to injury to help them make even better products.

Nah. Don't buy from other sources again. That is my intake on the matter.

I agree with you :), only here it's not my card, it's a customer who bought it on amibay and asked me to install it, nothing to complicate at the base, but it turns out that there is a problem! , the customer know that the card does not go, and considering the price put, ask me to try to save it (which I do regularly, save old machine no matter the state :)), after I imagine that bought directly from the new impeccable would be more judicious;), the idea being to try a restart for the customer, after free him to do what he wants :)

thank's
