I'm guessing you are looking at U1 & U2, thats more than likely just the way it looks. Though I would be more concerned with what looks like solder adhering to the tracks, may even be a track repair. EG from U1 pin 2, U2 pin 2,3, and a few others on those chips.

| I agree with you :), only here it's not my card, it's a customer who bought it on amibay and asked me to install it, nothing to complicate at the base, but it turns out that there is a problem! , the customer know that the card does not go, and considering the price put, ask me to try to save it (which I do regularly, save old machine no matter the state :)), after I imagine that bought directly from the new impeccable would be more judicious;), the idea being to try a restart for the customer, after free him to do what he wants :) thank's

To be honest JPG is not highres enough. Also reflections can play the tricks, but:There are many more when zooming all over the places. Also a bit too much tin, when it has started to flow along the tracks.

| Yes it does look a bit poor, but I have seen a lot of that pitch ic looking like that after being reflowed. Usually some residue left between the pins. Might even be an idea to check if those chips are functioning properly.
