Ram Lib Error

HI I am using Os 3.9 and I get the ramlib error whilst booting.
with a message that reads: ramlib failure 80000004.

I removed all items out of the WBstartup folder and removed FBLIT from the startup sequence.

Any Suggestions?

abandoned this drive I had made a few cf cards with Amigaos  and a vanilla install 3.9 works better. I was using Advnced WB3.9, and AmigaSYS and a MUI heavy CF games card I purchased. Each one riddled with a variety of quirks. My GOD Doom is fast on this thing.
