Error After a Fresh OS Install

Hello
   
    I have this error after a new fresh install of the OS on the 32GB CF.
   
  EXTERNAL LINK     

I cannot get my V4 SA working cause this kind of errors!
 
  Any help?

Looks like a HD install problem?
How did you install ?
Did you flash an OS image?
Which tool did you use? Did you use Balena Etcher?
