| A quick question that comes to mind reading the threads about AGA/ECS integration in SAGA: We all know that ECS/OCS Amiga was sold in two versions: NTSC and PAL and AGA Amiga had the possibility to switch between PAL and NTSC within the Boot menu (I do not remember if ECS could too, but that's not important for the question itself). Some games are written with NTSC timings and aspect ration in mind while others are written with PAL in mind (Example: Wings soundtrack runs slower in PAL and faster in NTSC). Now the question: how does SAGA handle this while displaying AGA/ECS/OCS screens?

Switching from PAL to NTSC is technically a good idea. We also discussed this in the team but did not develop this yet.

| Yes, keep in mind that some "badly written" games took their timing from the 60/50Hz output (Wings is an example), while for others Aspect Ratio changes can degrade GFX quality Thank you for the answer

Yea just look at Defender of the Crown (an NTSC game) on a PAL display looks squashed.

| I am curious. What about products like DCTV or the VIDEO Toaster that process the internal Amiga video.... Is there a way to DISPLAY ECS outout on the DIGITAL-VIDEO and STILL have the ECS video processed and output to such devices that connect to the AMIGA RGB video port / or the A2000 video slot?

| You mean Genlock capability? I do not know, but being a completely different beast it could be asked in it's own thread
