Sadly nowhere near now, as actually I have no time at all.

If I did Vampire boards I would contract the people doing this game. I would simply support them to make a version that take advantage of the Vampire. I read they will first do PC, Playstation or whatever modern platform. After that they do A500 version and maybe A1200 version if there is enough demand.
I'm 100% sure that if the Vampire team could have a version that looks better than on any original Amiga platform it would boost sales. When they did ECS and AGA versions of games it for sure made people buy new hardware. It what drives the hardware market.

I will not buy a Vampire because an A500 game will be improved for it.
But, I will be pleased to play to an AGA version on A1200 or Vampire if it come.

You are mixing up "grandma's and frogs" - The Windows developer with os4 ports only will be Skillgrid/Huenison author if so get that right.

Metro Siege is just a500 game. Nuff sales of that and registered game users demand to make AGa/rtg/Vamp version might or might not work.

First let game be and if you can, buy it

Havent seen that, my bad. But I see good in it also - if we pressure we might get AGA version, and AmigaNG version could be SAGA/080/AMMX too ...

      a) an AGA version?
      b) Nextgen AmigaOS 4, MorphOS and AROS?

  a) Definitely possible. It depends greatly on feedback, support, and demand, but it would almost certainly come sometime after the full release of this OCS/ECS version, and it’s not guaranteed. I can tell you I personally am very interested in a sort of the second wave of games in these franchises that would specifically target and take full advantage of AGA.

  b) This will be completely up to Alex at Enable Software and I’m guessing will be a matter of support, demand, and how much work it would take to make such versions a reality. Remember, we are all eager to deliver fantastic games, but many of them one after the other… we don’t want to linger and focus on a single game for years, working on only versions of that one game at the cost of progress making all new games, so it will all be a balancing act, and there are far too many factors involved for us to be able to promise anything until the future makes it obvious what will happen.

The Huenison guy seems also to be assembly 68k expert, so we should not lose him too ...  Saimo at AW.net EXTERNAL LINK

Hi Gunnar,
I think you're going to be at Amiga 34 and so am I. I'd love the chance to catch up in person and discuss the potential for games for Apollo.

Please email me at mike@bitbeamcannon.com if you have the time and interest.

cheers.
