Frodo C64 emulator , better sound and good speed.

Some of the .d64 images appear to be corrupt.

How did you get frodo to work? With me, frodo complains of needing a 68040 or some such. Can you post the link of the frodo that works with you?

  mike.

Thank you so much for the frodo link :D I need  your help in one thing. When I tried to apple 2000e I get an error message in the startup:

Startup Error: Couldn't obtain either CIAB timer.

I am unsure what to do at this point. Is it possible you could help me on this one? Thanks in advance.

Cia timer ? Interesting ..  That's a new one on me , I hope it doesn't mean a timer fault in the CIA or time circuit .. Does your Amiga have a battery clock by any chance ?

Pop the battery out and try it again .. You may find it works

Apparently it was not the battery. I just needed to reboot it. However, I end up with another problem all together. I reboot the Amiga 500...great...I run Apple 2000e it makes that famous beep sound all great! I switch to the other screen and press A-Load to load...good! I select one of the programs that it is available with the package of the apple 2000e...I click load...and bang...crash!

Amiga gurus and crashes...same symptom when I was using ACA500 before or without even....I am unsure what you did to get it working!

binaries or libraries usually contain a version information, which can be accessed by menu item "icon"? >"information" and then klicking in dialog on an empty version field. something like that, have not fired up 3.x in months..
