Yeap, as written above is an A1200 with a Blizzard 1260.Tests were made on the same day with the same configuration.

(I think you need an a1k account to see the specs)

The Mac hardfile was not made under Fusion - I've used my proven Mac Hardfile as a test base. If I ever have too much time, I'll check it out.

I know its not easy but it would be good to keep threads in topic.
I would propose to start an extra thread about MAC emulation, or maybe a thread about comparing FUSION and SHAPESHIFTER.

I could love to test Fusion and install the system software like Jim suggests, to compare but the software is not available and there's no way to get a license. When it was included in coffin was easy to compare. But was removed by request of Jim.

That would solve a LOT of issues with the Mac emulations

I was not aware that we hade issues with mac emulation. I had a pretty nice setup showed on our stand at the Amiga34 and didn't noticed any. Can you point me the issues we have ?

Thanks.

I guess the issues only exist with Fusion while you were showing Shapeshifter. Clearly shows which product is better.

I just wish the FPU support was complete with full IEEE 80 bit support.

Unfortunately this does not seem possible with the Vampire V2's due to the full FPU not being able to fit onto the Cyclone III FPGA. (I wonder if there is any extraneous stuff that could be removed in order to fit it?)

Apparently, from what I have read, this should not be an issue for the V4 that has a Cyclone V FPGA and plenty of room to fit the full 80 bit FPU.

Can I overclock (as easily as other 68060 CPU cards you are talking about) the Vampire by myself if the faster cores won't be officially available?

Yes sir you can - even easier, no extra cooling needed. You just need to ask more politely on irc, and have blaster just in case max speed introduces instability. Not easy to get does not mean unavail. Fail safe and standard cores will be public and are enough for most of users. Also, producing and testing more speed cores for stability etc. always take time from development new features, I suppose.
