Maybe you didn't wait long enough?

| @Simo you are right, it works. I had to wait a little bit longer.

I spoke a little too soon, modeller locks-up every time I open a perspective viewport and requires a hard-boot to recover.

| Quake (RTG) with FEMU at least gets to the intro console screen but crashes with an FPU error just before the game screen normally shows. But otherwise, FEMU is a great idea. Thanks! Olli.

| It is about time that something like Femu came along for Amiga, Mac had SoftFPU for years. How is development coming along? Is there somewhere other then here that we can follow along? Can people contribute in some way other than testing?

There is two ways to help; report what is broken and how to reproduce the problem (exact steps). Also cross-check with WinUAE, is it broken both with Vampire and WinUAE? Some of the things which are broken may be hard to debug, I am hoping somebody finds something which is easy to debug and fixed harder to debug problems as well... Another one is for asm coders; write pure ASM implementation of FPU instructions. About progress; do not expect speedy process. Once certain level of compatibility was achiever (first public release 0.10), everything got exponentially harder. I released private versions almost daily up to 0.10 and 0.11 is still under development.

Videos indicate we are up to FEMU 0.60 in testing (great work towards 1.0 and nice progress in speed and compatibility!). When it will go public? EXTERNAL LINK

Very sorry but 0.6 != 0.60 (in case of version numbers).

Ahh, video is of 0.06 ... that extreme version numbering! Long way to go to 01.0!
