| We have added a hardware flicker fixer to the V4 SAGA cores. This means you can now flicker free use Games or Workbench using PAL/NTSC Interlaced.

| Are there plan to integrate pal/ntsc through DIGITAL-VIDEO signal without keep switching on the monitor or having two monitors?

| That's nice, however, since the core 9 version, monitor compatibility with resolutions has weakened. Core 7 and 8 was better compatibility.

HAHAHAHA! That manual answered my question: Video OUT The FIREBIRD comes with a little red or yellow jumper. Two modes are possible: Mode CRT(Jumper = open) your Amiga will run games on its Amiga video out. This is ideal for running game on your old CRT Amiga 1084 monitor - and you will have high resolution workbench with 16bit audio over DIGITAL-VIDEO. Mode SuperAGA (Jumper = closed) This enables full Super AGA. In this mode you have more Chipmemory 6MB, and enhanced Chipmemory speed = over 50 times faster. This mode allows you to benefit from higher quality Audio and Video than Amiga could before - but in this mode the CRT display is disabled Running in Super-AGA will allow you to play AGA games on DIGITAL-VIDEO screen, will increase your Chip memory will enable you to play 16bit and thereby removes previous limitation on music and graphic. I am disabling CRT forever!! WOOOOOHOOO!!! More chip ram and no more two stupid screens anymore. Everything runs in one screen. FINALLY!!

Yes the V4 always support tho play Amiga games on a modern monitor. This is a main feature of the Vampire VC4 range of cards. You can use WB in high resolutions on your DIGITAL-VIDEO monitor, and can also play classic Amiga games on it - over the same cable - with automatic switching. This is very handy. And games look very good. The V4 range allows you to play games and demos in their true framerate. This means there is not delay, no lack and no jitter. Picture quality is of this is very good. All the people tell me that picture quality of Amiga games on the V4 is much better than on "other" products that you have to pay extra.

| I have tried. Only resolution which is 1024x768 works fine, other are out of screen or you cant get any signal or graphics errors. Core 8 works fine all resolutions. Monitor is Dell P1917S

| Jari does this monitor support PAL and NTSC modes? If you look for a monitor for Amiga then PAL and NTSC support is something mandatori for you to have.Regarding all worked - none work now. Could it be that this is in any way is only "user" error - just the same way as the filesystem problems that you did report with the release was only a user error?

OK good. Looks like we get to your problem. Jari, asking for help is good. You know we do have online support channels for helping people with their setup problems. Please come to Discord and we can give you faster and even more direct help! But this here is NOT a support channel. You are here in NEWS channel were we announce new releases. That you "spam" here the news channel with your posts which looks to me like you really need to support in+ how to connect VGA adapter - or how to partition drives. This is not what you should do and please don't highjack the news section with this anymore. Thank you for your understanding.
