| Thank you, It is a bit misleading that at EXTERNAL LINK download section there is only version 2.12 as latest. It would be good to sync these sites.

May I ask why? Seems a really low resolution for any modern usage. No accusations, just curious :)

My smart guess is that it is inherited V4 core limitation, that will also change. RTG on V2 supports way more even now. Its just first iteration of ApolloOS that supports V2 - and I believe its more V4 version copy.

| ApolloOS supports 1280x720 on both V4 and V2 The old release did not offer more than 960 on V2 but this is changed meanwhile. The resolutions available on V2 and V4 are the same now.

Agree, I read somewhere, on some fancy infographics that improving communication and customer support is top priority. I would say, introducing yet another website and confusing us more, is not the way to do it :D

There should really just one location and updated prior to any announcement through the various social media sites

| I agree. Core files can be downloaded from at least 5 different locations now and the latest version differs depending on where you look. I applaud the new goal to harmonize this.

| I'm sorry. I'm little out of topic. May I ask what about core 2.13? I use 2.12 core now in my A2000 and little afraid about new apollo rom.

Don't worry about this too much. If you do update to GOLD 2.14 I believe you can flash a kickstart ROM into the V500 using VampireFlash utility, rather than using the AROS ROM, which is what I would like to do when GOLD 2.14 gets released for the V600 and V1200.

| Great :-) I need to read about it. Is there any manual how to use it?

| Documentation can be found here: https://wiki.apollo-accelerators.com/doku.php/system_tools:kickstarts It can be found under: "2) Running a "FlashROM" program to install the Kickstart ROM image into the Core's flash memory" I think what the Apollo Team is doing is awesome, because it allows for greater versatility and flexibility for the user.

| Hey there, just flashed my Vampire successfully (I Hope) but cannot get Apollo OS to show a picture via RTG. With shift I can get to a point where Aros loads into the native screenmode but unless I manually click devs/monitors/saga I cannot utilize the rtg screenmodes. But even when I do so, the digital output still shows no image. On a side note, there’s no splash screen either since I flashed. Did I miss something? Coffin/OS3.1.4 works flawlessly before and after flash.Besides that, great work!! Greets Thorsten

| I just ordered a 44 pin to 40 pin IDE cable.to test if the CF card works on a CF bracket that I ordered, that way I won't need to keep opening my A2000 everytime I need to switch CF cards :) I made the DIGITAL-VIDEO from vampire like this and it works great. The A2000 is looking more modern now :)
