| The instructions MVS and MVZ have been reviewed and support for them is removed from the ISA now. These instructions were _NOT_ support by other 68K CPUs.
Therefore having them would have no benefit at all with existing 68k applications. 68080 supports perfect FUSING of all MOVE,EXT and MOVEQ,MOVE combinations and can thereby provide the same performance benefit which MVS/MVZ would have provided. The FUSING is compatible with all existing 68k code and therefore was decided to be the preferred solution.
